Using 4 * 36w ozone-free UV lamps, the illumination at 1 meter can reach 188μW/cm2, reaching the leading level in the industry. UV-C ultraviolet rays can effectively disinfect and sterilize most bacteria and germs, with disinfection efficiency up to 99.99%. 

Intelligent UV-C Lamp Protector

The motor interlock mechanism is used at the UV lamp shade to keep it closed under the non UV working state, so as to avoid damage to the lamp tube caused by movement impact.

Automatic Recharging

Puductor 2 is equipped with two batteries, the total capacity of which is 51.2Ah, and the disinfection time can be up to 6 hours, which can satisfy the disinfection of 12~15 rooms (20 m2/room).And it has a docking station to ensure that the robot is fully charged and ready for the next task, time saving as it requires no involvement from your staff.

Boil-dry Protection and Low-level Warning

The ultrasonic chamber is equipped with liquid level detection. When the liquid level is lower than the safe level, the Puductor 2 will automatically stop the ultrasonic spray. The solution tank is also equipped with liquid level detection. When the liquid level is lower than the safe level, the Puductor 2 will remind the user to replenish the disinfectant.

Motion Sensor

Equipped with a millimeter wave motion sensor. If someone is detected within 3 meters, it will turn off the ultraviolet light and spray it automatically.

Workflow

Automatic Mode

1. The staff checks the capacity of the disinfectant solution.

2. The staff sets disinfection tasks. Cruise Mode: total disinfection time,driving path and disinfection method Fixed-point Mode: single point/multi-point disinfection and disinfection method

3. Puductor 2 automatically reaches the initial point of work.

4. Puductor 2 begins to count down, and notifies people to stay away from the disinfection areas.

5. Puductor 2 completes the task as programmed or the staff terminates the task remotely.

6. Puductor 2 automatically returns to the charging dock.

Quick Mode

1. The staff manually pushes the Puductor 2 to the disinfection point.

2. The staff checks the capacity of the disinfectant solution.

3. The staff sets disinfection tasks (total disinfection time, disinfection method).

4. Puductor2 begins to count down, and notifies people to stay away from the disinfection areas.
